WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Captain fee: Your charter is a bareboat rental, which means you select and pay your captain separately. We’ll provide a list of pre-approved captains for you to choose from. Captain is paid by you directly at a rate of $50 per hour

Food and drinks are not included, but you are welcome to bring your own, including alcohol.

Tips are not included, but are always appreciated

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

As much as we love animals, please no pets on board.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for parking and to ensure your voyage begins on time

The bathroom/toilet is designated only for Urination/ #1. If a member of your party needs to use the restroom for a bowel movement/#2 there are locations the captain can dock at to accommodate. If for any reason, the toilet is used for anything other then #1, an additional charge may be processed to pay for costs of sanitation.

A US Coast Guard captain’s license is required for this vessel.

To comply with USCG regulations, a captain is not included in your bareboat charter, but we will provide you a list of independent licensed captains who are familiar with the chartered vessel if you do not have your own. Captains charge $50/hour, plus gratuity, paid directly to the captain at the time of the rental.

The listed rate does not include the cost for a USCG Licensed captain to drive the boat for you. Per federal law we cannot select a captain for you, but would be happy to introduce you to a choice of local captains who are qualified to operate the boat. The hired captain will be paid directly at the time of the rental.

If you wish to provide a Captain on your own (not one of the Captains we list for you), they will be required to provide a recent background check, a recent drug test, their USCG Captain's license and schedule a 2 hour instruction/review of the boat prior to your scheduled voyage time.

ALL PASSENGERS are required to fill out a bareboat charter waiver

The group is required to fill out a Bareboat Charter Rental Agreement
